CCTV Operation and Management Policy
1. Legal Basis and Purpose of Installation of CCTV Cameras
In accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company installs and operates CCTV cameras for the following purposes:
- Crime prevention and facility safety management
- Ensuring the safety of executives, employees, and visitors, and preventing crime

4. Filming Time, Retention Period, Storage Location, and Processing Method of Video Information
Processing Method: Matters regarding the use of personal video information for purposes other than the original, provision to third parties, destruction, and access requests are recorded and managed. Upon expiration of the retention period, the data is permanently deleted using a method that prevents restoration (for printed materials, shredding or incineration).

6. Measures for Data Subject's Request for Video Information Access, etc.
You may request access to, confirmation of existence of, or deletion of your personal video information from the operator of the CCTV system. However, this is limited to personal video information that depicts you, and personal video information that is clearly necessary for the urgent interest of the data subject's life, body, or property. The Company will immediately take necessary measures when a request for access, confirmation, or deletion of personal video information is made.
7. Measures to Ensure Security of Video Information
The video information processed by the Company (from CCTV) is securely managed through encryption measures, etc. In addition, as an administrative measure for personal video information protection, the Company restricts access authority to personal information and manages personal video information by recording the creation date and time, and for access purposes, access person, and access date and time, to prevent falsification or alteration of personal video information.
